  "text": "(1) A minimum clearance of 1500 millimetres must be maintained between any part of the authorised development and any affected asset (whether that part of the authorised development is parallel to or crosses the pipeline) unless otherwise agreed with HPU.\n(2) No manholes or chambers are to be built over or round the pipelines.",
