# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 363: Co-operation

Extent: E+W+S

Where in consequence of the proposed construction of any of the works under this Part, the undertaker or Northern Gas Networks requires the removal of apparatus in accordance with the provisions of this Part, each party must use reasonable endeavours to co-ordinate the execution of such works in the interests of safety and the efficient and economic execution of such works, taking into account the absolute need to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Northern Gas Networks’ undertaking and its apparatus.
