# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 397: Compliance with requirements, etc. applying to the NSMP operations

Extent: E+W+S

If any circumstance arises resulting from relevant works package A which causes any interruption to the operation or maintenance of or access to the NSMP operations or damage to the NSMP property the undertaker shall procure its immediate remediation.
