# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 399: Compliance with requirements, etc. applying to the NSMP operations

Extent: E+W+S

For the benefit of NSMP, the undertaker must not exercise the powers granted under this Order so as to hinder or prevent access via the access road between the TGLP freehold and Seal Sands Road and the continuation of that access road within the TGLP freehold other than as expressly provided for in an approved traffic management plan or approved design package.
