  "text": "In this Part—\n“Air Products” means Air Products Public Limited Company (company number 00103881) whose registered address is Hersham Place Technology Park, Molesey Road, Walton On Thames, Surrey KT12 4RZ;\n“alternative apparatus” means alternative apparatus adequate to enable Air Products to fulfil its contractual obligations in a manner not less efficient than previously;\n“apparatus” means any mains, pipes or other apparatus belonging to or maintained by Air Products for the purposes of gas supply; and\n“in”, in a context referring to apparatus or alternative apparatus in land, includes a reference to apparatus or alternative apparatus under, over or upon land.",
