# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 64: Compliance with the CATS requirements

Extent: E+W+S

In undertaking any works or exercising any rights within 50 metres of the CATS pipelines, the undertaker must comply with such conditions, requirements or regulations as are set out in the CATS requirements.
