  "text": "No explosives for blasting are to be used within 400 metres of any part of the CATS pipeline(s) or associated installations, until the details in respect of those works have been submitted to and approved by CATS, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed and shall be deemed to have been given if no response is received from CATS within 60 days of a request having been made by the undertaker.",
