# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 388

Extent: E+W+S

In the event the NSMP entity does not provide a response to the undertaker in accordance with the timescales set out in paragraph 386(a) or (b) above, the NSMP entity shall be deemed to have given their approval to the change request.
