# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 24: Waste management on site - construction wastes

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No part of the authorised development may commence, save for the permitted preliminary works, until a construction site waste management plan for that part has been submitted to and, after consultation with STDC, approved by the relevant planning authority.
(2) The plan submitted under sub-paragraph (1) must be in accordance with the framework site waste management plan.
(3) The plan must be implemented as approved unless otherwise agreed with the relevant planning authority.
