# The Net Zero Teesside Order 2024, Paragraph 36: Consultation with South Tees Development Corporation

Extent: E+W+S

Where a requirement specifies that the relevant planning authority must consult STDC that only applies to the extent that the matters submitted for approval relate to any part of the authorised development which is within the STDC area or in the relevant planning authority’s opinion could affect the STDC area.
