  "text": "(1) No part of Work Nos. 1 or 7 may be brought into use until a written scheme detailing security measures to minimise the risk of crime has, for that part, been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.\n(2) The approved scheme must be maintained and operated throughout the operation of the relevant part of the authorised development.",
