  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Network and Information Systems (Amendment and Transitional Provision etc.) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 31st December 2020.\n(2) These Regulations apply to—\n(a) the United Kingdom, including its internal waters;\n(b) the territorial sea adjacent to the United Kingdom; and\n(c) the sea (including the seabed and subsoil) in any area designated under section 1(7) of the Continental Shelf Act 1964.\n(3) In these Regulations, “the 2018 Regulations” means the Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018.",
