# The Network and Information Systems (Amendment and Transitional Provision etc.) Regulations 2020, Regulation 19: Amendments to regulation 25 (review and report)

In regulation 25—
(a) in paragraph (2)—
(i) after “2020” insert, “, the second report must be published on or before 9th May 2022”;
(ii) for “biennial intervals” substitute “intervals not exceeding five years”;
(b) in paragraph (4), in the opening text, for “that Act” substitute “the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015”.
