# The Network Rail (Cambridge Re-Signalling) Order 2024, Article 13: Statutory undertakers, etc.


(1) Nothing in this Order affects the rights of statutory undertakers to maintain apparatus.
(2) In this article “apparatus” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
