  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“apparatus” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the 1991 Act;\n“relocation works” means work executed, or apparatus provided, under paragraph 2; and\n“statutory utility” means a statutory undertaker for the purposes of the 1980 Act or a public communications provider as defined in section 151(1) (interpretation of chapter 1) of the Communications Act 2003.",
