# The Network Rail (Chart Leacon) Order 2021, Paragraph 29: Arbitration


Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and SGN under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and SGN, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 20 (arbitration).
