# The Network Rail (Chart Leacon) Order 2021, Paragraph 30: Notices


The plans submitted to SGN by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 23(1) must be sent to SGN at easments@sgn.co.uk or such other address as SGN may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker.
