# The Network Rail (Hitchin (Cambridge Junction)) Order 2011, Paragraph 3

Nothing in this Schedule shall affect the provisions of any enactment or agreement regulating the relations between Network Rail and the owner of apparatus in respect of any apparatus laid or erected in land belonging to Network Rail on the date on which this Order is made.
