# The Network Rail (Hitchin (Cambridge Junction)) Order 2011, Paragraph 7

Extent: E+W

Network Rail shall before commencing construction of Work No. 4 supply the Agency with plans of that work for the reasonable approval of the Agency and Work No. 4 shall not be constructed except in accordance with such plans as have been approved by the Agency or settled by arbitration.
