# The Network Rail (Hope Valley Capacity) Order 2018, Paragraph 7


In this Schedule—
“public communications provider” has the same meaning as in section 151(1) of the Communications Act 2003; and
“public utility undertakes” has the same meaning as in the 1980 Act.
