# The Network Rail (North Doncaster Chord) Order 2012, Paragraph 2: Stages of authorised development

Extent: E+W+S

No authorised development is to commence until a written scheme setting out all the stages of the authorised development has, after consultation with the highway authority, been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the relevant planning authority.
