# The Network Rail (Norton Bridge Area Improvements) Order 2014, Article 16: Construction of bridges and tunnels

Extent: E+W+S

Any bridge or tunnel to be constructed under this Order for carrying a highway over or under a railway or a watercourse must be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the highway authority.
