  "text": "(1) Network Rail must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the book of reference;\n(b) the land plans;\n(c) the works plans;\n(d) the street plans;\n(e) the traffic regulation order plans;\n(f) the sections;\n(g) the design brief;\n(h) the design drawings; and\n(i) the environmental statement,\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
