# The Network Rail (Norton Bridge Area Improvements) Order 2014, Article 41: Certification of plans etc.

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Network Rail must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—
(a) the book of reference;
(b) the land plans;
(c) the works plans;
(d) the street plans;
(e) the traffic regulation order plans;
(f) the sections;
(g) the design brief;
(h) the design drawings; and
(i) the environmental statement,
for certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.
(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.
