# The Network Rail (Norton Bridge Area Improvements) Order 2014, Article 5: Maintenance of authorised development

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Network Rail may at any time maintain the authorised development except to the extent that this Order, or an agreement made under this Order, provides otherwise.
(2) National Grid may at any time maintain Work Nos. 17, 18 and either 19A or 19B and any associated development in connection with those works except to the extent that this Order, or an agreement made under this Order, provides otherwise.
