# The Network Rail (Ordsall Chord) Order 2015, Paragraph 29

Extent: E+W+S

Subject to article 20 (temporary interference with river and waterway), Network Rail must not impede, obstruct or interfere with, as far as reasonably practicable, the free, uninterrupted and safe use of the River.
