# The Network Rail (Ordsall Chord) Order 2015, Paragraph 30

Extent: E+W+S

Network Rail must provide and maintain at its own expense in the vicinity of any specified work or protective work such temporary lighting from sunset to sunrise or other periods of adverse visibility as MSCC may reasonably require during the construction or failure of the specified work or protective work.
