# The Network Rail (Ordsall Chord) Order 2015, Paragraph 33

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Network Rail, on being given reasonable notice (except in cases of emergency), must at all reasonable times allow reasonable facilities to MSCC for access to inspect any specified work during its construction.
(2) Network Rail must supply MSCC with all such information as MSCC may reasonably require with regard to any specified work or the method of constructing it.
