# The Network Rail (Ordsall Chord) Order 2015, Paragraph 45

Extent: E+W+S

Where so required by the engineer Network Rail must to the reasonable satisfaction of the engineer fence off a specified work or a protective work or take such other steps as the engineer may require to be taken for the purpose of separating a specified work or a protective work from the waterway, whether on a temporary or permanent basis.
