# The Network Rail (Ordsall Chord) Order 2015, Paragraph 57

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference arising between Network Rail and the Trust under this Part of this Schedule (other than a difference as to the meaning or construction of the Part of this Schedule) is to be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with article 44 (arbitration).
