For the protection of the undertakers referred to in this Schedule the following provisions shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Network Rail and the undertaker concerned, have effect.

(2)

The provisions of Schedule 6 (provisions relating to statutory undertakers, etc.) shall not apply in relation to apparatus to which this Schedule applies.
