# The Network Rail (Seaham Level Crossing) Order 2013, Article 5: Power to acquire land


Network Rail may acquire compulsorily so much of the land shown numbered 2, 5 and 7 on the deposited plan and described in the book of reference as may be required for the purpose of the authorised works.
