# The Network Rail (Thameslink 2000) Order 2006, Article 12: Release from obligations relating to footway at Bermondsey


Network Rail shall cease to be under any obligation (whether imposed by section 9 (as to certain footways) of the South Eastern Railway Act 1896 or otherwise) to provide, maintain or light a footway between Silwood Street and Trundleys Road in the London borough of Lewisham; and in this article “footway” has the same meaning as in the said Act of 1896.
