  "text": "Network Rail shall at all times afford reasonable facilities to the engineer for access to the specified works during their construction and the construction of any protective works carried out by Network Rail pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 35 and shall supply him with all such information as he may reasonably require with regard to the specified works or any such protective works or to the method of construction thereof.",
