# The Network Rail (Thameslink 2000) Order 2006, Paragraph 47


Network Rail shall in the design and construction of the authorised works take all measures necessary to prevent EMI and shall establish with LUL (both parties acting reasonably) appropriate arrangements to test and verify the effectiveness of works proposed to be constructed by Network Rail to prevent EMI.
