# The Network Rail (Thameslink 2000) Order 2006, Paragraph 52


In this Part of this Schedule—
“the Port Authority” means the Port of London Authority;
“the 1968 Act” means the Port of London Act 1968;
“the river” means the Thames as defined in the 1968 Act.
