# The Network Rail (Thameslink 2000) Order 2006, Paragraph 8


If in consequence of the exercise of the powers of this Order the access to any apparatus is materially obstructed Network Rail shall provide alternative means of access to such apparatus which is, so far as reasonably practicable, no less convenient than the access enjoyed by the undertaker prior to the obstruction.
