  "text": "The following provisions of the 2006 Order shall have effect in relation to this Order as they have effect in relation to the 2006 Order—\narticle 2 (interpretation), so far as it relates to the provisions mentioned below;\narticle 46 (statutory undertakers etc.);\narticle 47 (protective provisions);\narticle 49 (service of notices);\narticle 50 (no double recovery);\narticle 51 (arbitration);\nSchedule 7 (modification of compensation and compulsory purchase enactments for creation of new rights);\nSchedule 9 (provisions relating to statutory undertakers etc.);\nSchedule 10 (protective provisions) (Parts 1 to 4).",
