# The Network Rail (Thameslink) (Land Acquisition) Order 2008, Article 15: Application of provisions of the 2006 Order


The following provisions of the 2006 Order shall have effect in relation to this Order as they have effect in relation to the 2006 Order—
article 2 (interpretation), so far as it relates to the provisions mentioned below;
article 46 (statutory undertakers etc.);
article 47 (protective provisions);
article 49 (service of notices);
article 50 (no double recovery);
article 51 (arbitration);
Schedule 7 (modification of compensation and compulsory purchase enactments for creation of new rights);
Schedule 9 (provisions relating to statutory undertakers etc.);
Schedule 10 (protective provisions) (Parts 1 to 4).
