# The Network Rail (Tinsley Chord) Order 2015, Article 11: Mode of construction and operation of authorised tramroad

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The authorised works are to be operated by electricity or, in an emergency or for the purposes of maintenance, by diesel power or other means.
(2) The authorised works are to be constructed to a nominal gauge of 1,435 millimetres.
