  "text": "The following provisions of the 1988 Act and 1989 Act conferring general powers on the Executive with respect to the LRT system, have effect as if, for any reference in those provisions to the LRT system as defined by those Acts, there were substituted a reference to the authorised tramroad—\nin the 1988 Act—\nsection 41 (bylaws relating to LRT system); and\nsection 44 (rating of LTR system); and\nin the 1989Act—\nsection 16 (interpretation for Part 5);\nsection 17 (operation of Part 5);\nsection 18 (penalty fares);\nsection 19 (amount of penalty fare);\nsection 20 (document to be issued in connection with penalty fare requirement);\nsection 21 (notice of penalty fare provisions);\nsection 22 (supplementary provisions);\nsection 23 (exclusive of double liability);\nsection 27 (bylaws); and\nsection 28 (powers of disposal, agreements for operation etc.).",
