# The Network Rail (Waverley Steps) Order 2010, Article 32: Real burdens and servitudes, etc. affecting land acquired


Any land acquired under or by virtue of this Order shall be treated as if it were acquired by virtue of a compulsory purchase order and the provisions of section 106 of the 2003 Act (extinction of real burdens and servitudes affecting land that has been compulsorily acquired) shall apply to it.
