# The Network Rail (Waverley Steps) Order 2010, Article 33: Disapplication of existing height restrictions


Any provision in any enactment other than this Order or in any deed, writing or other instrument, or any rule of law, which has the effect of limiting the height of any building or other structure within the Order limits shall not apply to the authorised works.
