# The Network Rail (Waverley Steps) Order 2010, Paragraph 13


Network Rail shall not, in the exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 (survey), make any trial holes which interfere with any apparatus without the consent of the specified undertaker (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
