  "text": "(1) As from the later of—\n(a) the date on which this Order comes into force,\n(b) the date on which the special category land is vested in Network Rail, or\n(c) the date on which the exchange land is vested in Network Rail,\nthe exchange land shall vest in the district of Lichfield.\n(2) Upon the vesting of the exchange land in the district of Lichfield—\n(a) the special category land shall be discharged from all rights, trusts and incidents to which it was previously subject; and\n(b) the exchange land shall be subject to the like rights, trusts and incidents as attached to the special category land.\n(3) In this article—\n“the special category land” means the land delineated on the deposited plans and thereon numbered 79a and 197b in the district of Lichfield; and\n“the exchange land” means the land delineated on the deposited plans and thereon numbered 75b, 197c and 197d in the district of Lichfield.",
