  "text": "Network Rail shall give to the engineer 56 days' notice of its intention to commence the construction of any specified or protective work, or, in the case of repair carried out in an emergency, such notice as may be reasonably practicable so that, in particular, BW may where appropriate arrange for the publication of notices bringing that work to the attention of users of BW’s network.",
