# The Network Rail (West Coast Main Line) Order 2003, Paragraph 54


Any difference arising between Network Rail and BW under this Part of this Schedule (other than a difference as to the meaning or construction of this Part of this Schedule) shall be referred to and settled by arbitration under article 46 of this Order.
