# The Network Rail (West Coast Main Line) Order 2004, Article 38: Saving for regulated rights etc.


Nothing in this Order shall affect any estate, right or interest granted by Network Rail in respect of a railway facility which is subject to an access contract within the meaning of Part I of the Railways Act 1993.
