# The Network Rail (West Coast Main Line) Order 2004, Paragraph 48


Network Rail shall provide and maintain at its own expense in the vicinity of any specified or protective work such temporary lighting and such signal lights for the control of navigation as the engineer may reasonably require during the construction or failure of the specified or protective work.
