Laid before Parliament 1st April 1997
Coming into force 1st June 1997
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of, and paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to, the Road Traffic (New Drivers) Act 1995, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
